Every morning, while the sun was still rising and the birds were just beginning to chirp, Lala would step outside, stretch her arms, and begin her morning exercise routine. Whether it was gentle stretches, hopping in place, or trying her best yoga poses, she loved how it made her feel strong and happy.
One day, after finishing a set of jumping jacks, she wiped the sweat from her forehead and looked at CEO Kien who was sipping tea nearby.
“Uncle Kien,” she said confidently, “can we make a little gym at home?”
Kien looked at her, amused and impressed. “A gym?”
“Yes!” she nodded excitedly. “Just a small one. I want a mat, some weights, maybe even a balance ball!”
Kien smiled warmly at her enthusiasm. “Well, if you’re that serious, let’s do it.”
A few days later, a cozy corner of the house was transformed. Soft floor mats were laid down, colorful dumbbells were stacked neatly, and a kid-sized treadmill was placed near the window. There was even a speaker for Lala’s favorite upbeat music.
From that day on, Lala took her workouts seriously. She invited Chip and Xuka to join her, leading fun group stretches and playful routines. CEO Kien would often watch from the side, clapping and cheering them on.
“Strong body, strong mind!” Lala would shout with joy.
Exercising wasn’t just about fitness for her—it became a part of her day filled with laughter, energy, and friendship. CEO Kien was proud to see her forming such a healthy habit at such a young age.
Lala’s little gym was more than a place to move; it was where she grew in confidence, determination, and fun—one jumping jack at a time.
