The morning sun gently lit up the countryside as Lala eagerly grabbed her small straw hat and skipped outside to meet CEO Kien. Today was a special day—they were going to the family farm together to take care of the garden and harvest fresh vegetables for a delicious home-cooked meal.
With a basket in hand, Kien smiled at Lala, “Ready, little farmer?”
“Ready!” Lala chirped with excitement.
The farm was bursting with life. Rows of green leafy vegetables danced in the breeze, and the rich scent of soil filled the air. Lala carefully watered the rows of morning glory, lettuce, and carrots, mimicking Kien’s gentle technique. Occasionally, she’d pause to point out a butterfly or a worm wriggling in the soil, giggling with delight.
After tending to the plants, it was time to harvest. Lala pulled up carrots, one by one, proudly showing each to Kien. He helped her cut some fresh spinach and sweet basil, guiding her small hands with care.
“Look at all this!” Lala said as their basket filled up. “We’re going to make the best meal!”
Back at the house, Lala helped wash the vegetables while Kien began preparing a simple, healthy lunch. As the aroma of stir-fried greens and steamed vegetables filled the kitchen, Lala set the table with care.
They sat down together, enjoying their farm-to-table meal under the shade of a tree.
“This is the yummiest food ever,” Lala said, munching happily.
Kien smiled, proud of their teamwork. “It tastes better when we grow it with our own hands.”
It was a peaceful, joy-filled day—one that Lala would always remember, filled with love, laughter, and the magic of growing something from the earth.
